When I first started to cook about ten years ago,Chef Pasquale had his show on TV and it convinced me buy his book and try his recipes. I found that in a short time I could cook a meal that tasted as if it were cooked in a fine Italian resturant. I lost my cook books in a house fire and could not find replacement copies. A friend recently gave me a copy of the current book, was I delighted. This book has the same approach to cooking as the books I had with a little more information on kitchen management. If you want to cook Italian and knock peoples socks off this is the book.
