(More customer reviews)I like the variety of recipes in this cookbook. It is well put together, the ingridents are readily available and the recipes are easy to follow. I have tried the meat pies, the rosemary kabobs and the pot stickers. I plan to try Great-grandpa's Sauerkraut next - with pork, sausage on a polenta base, it sounds yummy!! I like cookbooks that have good pictures of the dish and information about each presentation. This cookbook has it all! I can heartily recommend this bookbook to the novice cook as well as the more experienced chef.
