I bought this book, one based on the title...it neither offers techniques nor tips on how to cook like a chef...It's mostly a recipe book..I don't need more recipes...I need the "Techniques, Tips and Secrets from the Professional Kitchen to Mine."
You'll be better off buying "The Professional Chef" from the CIA.
