(More customer reviews)I read a bad review on this book about not telling you what kind of beef to use. Most of the recipes do tell you and the ones that don't take for granted that you are not an idiot and know not to use prime rib or filets. The recipes are well thought out and most of all the wide variety from Ethnic to game to kid's specials makes for a great selection that few other crock pot cookbook give you. It is also a great gift for someone that is not sure of themselves in the kitchen when it comes to what and how to use the ever handy crock pot for meals.
