(More customer reviews)These are great. They're not like the instant potatoes I grew up with years ago. The flavor and texture are a new generation of good food. I like them as a topping for Shepherd's Pie and are quick and easy to fix. I like my mashed potatoes a bit firmer so next time I will decrease the water slightly. Mix up a batch and enjoy!
