(More customer reviews)I have purchased, or read at the library, every book Tyler Florence has put together, but this one is the best work he has done! The book is an easy read, none of the recipes are complicated - I think Tyler gets out of hand some times with his ingredients and processes - but this book is excellent. I especially like the more friendly approach to the book and he lets what I suspect is his good-natured personality come through. It's a good book, buy it.
