(More customer reviews)This book is so/so on the worth it margin. I have a freezer full of half a cow and thought it might be helpful learning cuts of beef and great ways to cook them. Its ok and thats about it.The book is pretty thin and not extensive in cuts of beef info or recipes.
Dont get me wrong the book is worth the money I spent but i guess i had HIGH HOPES !!
