This cookbook really IS the best. I'm hooked on it! The recipes are not just healthy but delicious (that's a hard to find combination!), the pictures are wonderful, it's very easy to understand, and the called-for ingredients are readily available. This author REALLY knows what she's talking about. I'm a "food professional" myself (I have a "cooking ideas" website) so I do a lot of research on cooks, cookbooks and cooking styles. There's no question that Kaylan thoroughly knows her stuff; this is an invaluable tool. I L O V E this cookbook and although I've only had it a fairly short amount of time, it's already becoming a much-loved, often-used resource in our home. You can't go wrong with this one.
