I think it's both an extraordinary cookbook and a topnotch reference guide, and should be a definite addition to any game cook's library. The photos are wonderful, the recipes are easy to follow, and there's a range of easy, intermediate, and difficult recipes to try. A wide range of game, wild birds, and fish are included, so there's usually a recipe for the type of food you have.
